    I'm not a fan of B&O stuff - had dealings with some of their video recorders back in the 90's

    The first one we saw came in for repair, and I took the covers off it and got that de ja vu feeling; I then whipped my last job back off the rack and took the cover off it, and lo-and-behold they were identical; the B&O was simply a Hitachi machine with fancy front panel and covers

    Never had experience of B&O outside of a car so can't comment but I wasn't overly impressed. Saying that I think it's only like a £600 option in the A4 whereas in the new A6 upwards it's more like £7k yikes!

    B&W are more like the thing mate - they are worth their price, be it in car or domestic

    Hmmm I have the 6cd in dash. So it isn't like that Symphony unit, plus it doesn't have SD card slots - not that you need it with the iPod connection kit B&O stuff is pretty good, but you have to ask why Audi have used B&O and Bose. I prefer Bose.
