2014 Golf changes

Wiper issue seems to have been fixed, the wipers on my 2014MY car did a good job today. No suspension noise from this one or the 2013 car.

CanI make a few comments as a yet non-MK7 owner. From what I have gathered on other forums, there are more worrying problems experienced by a few owners and I wonder whether they are going to be addressed? These include oft reported suspension noises and smearing of the wiper blades.

I recognise that some Mk7 owners have had issues but I've not experienced any problems with the wipers or suspension (albeit I have the "premium" Adaptive Chassis option). On the whole, my Mk7 after 6,000 miles has been far better assembled and better materials compared to my old Mk6 for which I had make 7 warranty claims in the end. So far (touch wood) I've not had any reason to visit the dealer for my new Golf.
