hi, im doing abit of a makeover on my mk4 golf, its a 3 door grey, the engine is a 150bhp gttdi im not looking at changing anything with that. im just looking at putting some new coilovers on, new alloys and possibly tint the windows slightly. I was just wondering what people would recommend in relation to the coilovers and alloys? I already have a set off bbs' on, but they look abit tired but would like another set of bss alloys, im also thinking of having the cat removed. any advice on these would be great. thanks

Hi. A set of BBS LM's would set her off, set of 16's and some colour coded side skirts and boot lid spoiler. Uprated bulbs for the front.
Have you thought about an interior upgrade aswell ?
If only I had a big wad of money !!!!

    Marko.

I already have a set of the LMs on I have seen the BBS CHs that look pretty nice, I have the anniversary body kit on it already. unfortunately I had to get rid of my HIDs because of the MOT. I don't know what coilovers to get either I have seen mixed reactions on all the ones I have looked at. I want the black and grey recaro interior with the bora interior parts like centre console and grab handles, maybe even the anniversary roof lining.

    Hi
Bear in mind that if you go for the tint, the windscreen and drivers/passengers front have to let in 70% of natural daylight in order to be legal. Using a darker tint on the two rear windows and back window's looks a bit silly, IMO. I would say that the guy's who tint the windows will tell you that the are totally legal when infact they are not.
