Opinions gents - I am a bit of a stickler about stuff like tyre pressures, lights etc (suppose its years of doing daily first-use checks on PCV's that's done it), however I currently have my tyre pressures set at the 'fully loaded' pressure, even although the car isn't fully loaded simply because it seems to ride better. Question is, is this effect merely a sort of placebo, and would I be best sticking to the pressures stated according to vehicle load?

Audi recommend running at fully loaded pressures, so fine to keep as they are. I run at fully loaded pressures.

Ditto - I also seem to get less tram lining as well at higher pressures.

I had noticed that with mine. Thanks all, I'll keep them as they are.
