My drivers seat has gained an annoying squeak when driving and it seems to be coming from the rear of the base's NS. Its a squeak that sounds like bad springs like in an old sofa or bed.

Its almost 4 years old and has done 65k so I'm assuming its normal wear and tear or is there a simple fix that I could easily do myself?

    Thanks

Hi, had a similar issue. I took it to Audi mechanic shop, they've dismounted the seat put some lubrication on the spots where seat is mounted to floor and the noise was gone

You may try this see if it helps your problem.

    Thanks for your reply.

I see that you're in Europe, how much did it cost to get it fixed in Euros roughly?

    Thanks

Reviving an old thread out of curiosity as I have the same issue with my B6 driver's seat. Did you ever get this resolved and was it the same resolution as was required with a4si?

Did you even chase the issue up or just not bother?
