When my heater is on cool it blows out slightly warm air but the main problem is the fan blows quite well then no so. Is this a worn out bushes issue on the fan?

You'll start and use the rosstech wiki pretty often - 02251 - Ross-Tech Wiki

When found in Aux Heater module of Audi A8 (4E), unlock heater module by saving a 1 in Adaptation Channel 007, then clear fault codes.

Do you mean the fans blows strongly then slows down?

If that is what you're experiencing, then its working perfectly. The system really works around the temperature you've chosen, it will work hard to get it to that temperature, then once its at the right heat, it slows down to keep it at that temperature.

This is a really smart system, the best way to use it is to set it to a temperature you find comfortable, then leave it on auto and it will look after you.

I had a girlfriend that used to fight the system, she'd set it to 16 degrees, so the system would throw really cold air at her, because she'd asked to be really cold. Then she'd winge about the cold air and shut off the face vents, so it would shift all the cold air to the footwells, still trying to make her cold like she'd asked. Then she'd put her feet on the seat because they were cold. I used to tell her to set it to 22, but she'd say 16 isn't cold, and she doesn't like to be hot in a car. Eventually I set the house thermostat to 16 in the winter and asked her if this was a nice comfortable temperature for her. Finally she got it, and then set the temperature on her side to 21, that was actually the temperature she wanted.
