i think my turbo has gone (s reg golf 1.8t)
hi I put some injector cleaner in my car and now I have no power it ticks over fine and there is no black/blue or white smoke coming out the back. I have disconnected the MAS and it runs the same. I have looked for split hoses as well but cant see any and checked the spark plugs and they look fine oh and there are no engine lights on. Can anyone help????

No injector cleaner will not do that, it is just coincidence. I put injector cleaner in my car a few weeks ago and it started to misfire when I revved it hard, which I normally never do. I scanned it and it and it was on 1 cylinder so I fitted a new coil pack which cured it. When I told Mrs Crasher she said, ohh I forgot to tell you, when I used it the other day and accelerated a bit hard it misfired, so it was doing it before, just a coincidence, they do happen. the ones we fear most is when we work n a car and another totally unrelated fault happens, try explaining that one!

Perhaps you have dislodged some crap in the fuel system that has partially blocked it. First port of call would b a new fuel filter and see how you go from there!

All a scan may show is a lambda sensor going "arghhkackerghu" due to the amount of boiling hot engine oil being sprayed in its face!
