I assume you're talking about the MDI?

Lightning to 30-pin Adapter - Apple Store (UK)

MDI iPod lead into that, then into your 5/5c/5s etc

Be sure to by the genuine Apple adapter - there are two, best prices are from Amazon. The copies tend not to work.
