7v ones only, so no buying 4.4v ones cos they are cheaper

@ op, you know these are inside the head and do snap if you ain't careful when trying to remove them don't you, just prepping you so you don't get tripped up later.

    Wise move,

Sadly I couldn't find a how 2 when I had one out, the nearest I found was an A4 engine iirc and afaik they aren't the same, I believe they sit next to the injectors but there's no need to remove anything other than the loom feeds from the top of the glowplugs.

Another thing I read was if they feel tight hit them with some penetration oil product and wind in and out gently bit at a time until it's moving freely, remember to change you oil afterwards if you do use a lube on them.

I think it's a 8mm deep socket but it could be 8 to 10mm as I can't remember. You can recognise them as they have 1 green wire (I am slightly colour blind) and a tall black plastic cap, this pulls off with long nose pliers. 10nm torque.

No dropping allowed butter fingers, as they are supposed to be delicate.
