Please can someone with a cabriolet kindly check something out for me please when they have a spare moment.

When parked facing uphill, the passenger seat won't stay forward when letting a rear seat passenger out. It readily slides backwards. The driver seat holds its position after being slid forward without any problems.

Do i have a driver seat only feature or a passenger seat fault?

    thanks!

Do all 3 door cars not do this plus gravity pulling the seat back?

The drivers seat is probably different as most passenger and drivers seats are slightly different.

    Only the passenger side.

The driver seat will stay forward against gravity while the rear seat person gets out unhindered.
I'm not clear if the driver side has a mechanical memory function that the passenger side doesn't? Or not...
