    Hi all

Has anyone gone further than a remap, just curious to know what you have done. I have a remap in place, but I was wondering if there is a stage 2 for example of the 3.0tdi le mans model.

Maybe getting a little itchy to see what else can be done.

If there is such a thing?

    Thanks

Remove EGR, CAT, DPF, free flowing exhaust, then possibly turbo.

    Someone call my name?

If you have a Remap already then next step would be free flowing exhaust. I have miltek cat back then added decatted Downpipe. .
If you want more then go hybrid turbo, you can't get this off the shelf though, I had mine rebuilt with bigger 2283 wheel and modified housing for more flow and to fit the wheel.
Also improved air flow to the intercoolers by removing fog lights. Custom fmic is possible by costly.
Water meth injection an option in still looking into
Injectors are now the limiting point, once you reach 340-350bhp there maxed out. Only option then is custom injectors which is really expensive. I've decided to hold off them unless I win the lottery

    2007 3.0 tdi le mans : Hybrid turbo decat : miltek etc : 330-350 bhp : 450-500lbsft

Visibility pack. Adaptive xenon, Privacy glass. Bose surround. Dvd nav. Comms pack, led plate lights.
Miltek, custom map, hybrid turbo, decat improved airflow to intercoolers.

FMIC is cheaper than hybrid turbo.

Not when I looked into it due to no kit available for the c6. Would have to be a universal core with custom pipework and modification to front panel and removal of the crash bar which I really didn't like the idea of

    Hi Bops6,

What did the Miltek free flow exhaust take you up to and the decatted pipe? BHP wise and of course money too? if that is ok?

This has been done in 2 stages.
First was miltek cat back with custom map, resulted in 300bhp 420 lbsft on the dyno. Think this was £850-900.
Second was decat and hybrid map tweek resulted in 330-350bhp 450-500lbsft at a educated guess as not been on dyno yet.
Cost unsure due to extra works at same time.
    3??bhp/???lbsft
3.0tdi hybrid turbo, decat, improved intercooling

Just get custom one made, don't waste your money on brand names.
