Hi all
I've noticed over the last couple of days my car seems to take a long time to heat up to 90. Once there it stays there and doesn't fluctuate. It never used to do this, it would warm up within 5 mins. It now takes 20+ mins to reach 90 doing a 8-9 mile trip of 30-40mph roads
is this right?
could it just be because the mornings are getting colder now?
I changed the pollen filter at weekend because when it rained I couldn't de mist the windows and the filter was filthy, could this of been causing the engine extra effort to get cold air in there fore heat up quicker?
also had the clutch and fly wheel done so could they have damaged something when doing this?
or is it completely normal and I'm just being over critical
cheers
john
