Any idea what this means? I have checked the actuators by starting engine and stopping engine. Actuators works fine. Engine stopped driver side down, passenger side up. Engine started driver side up and passenger side down. However when engine running passenger side keeps vibrating little bit where the rod connects to manifold. Could this be solved by Swirl flap repair kit? Or something else? Sensor? (Bank 1) is driver side or passenger side?

Are you using a genuine cable?

Clear all codes, do a few ignition cycles and rescan.

Hmmm, not sure if this was a Genuine cable or not, got this scan done by a mate. Will get a proper scan done today in a garage and see what happens after clearing the error.

    Thanks

Read this thread all the way through ----
Audi V6 TDi 2.7 & 3.0 Inlet Manifold, Swirl Flap Repair Kit.

My A5 V6 3.0tdi Quattro had both banks throwing up faults, I completed bank two in 10 minutes, changed bank one rod only as I didn't fancy my chances of getting the clip on as it has to be fitted from underneath!
There are some members who have advise on bank one clip replacement on same thread!
Simple fix really thanks to this forum and a cheap one too.

Thanks for this, it'll help if i eventually need to change my bank 1 ball joint!!!
However the bank 2 ball joint didn't seem to have very much wear at all when i removed it. The old rod end was however oval and not round so the new designed rod with cups should minimise the tolerance that the old ones were obviously through out the code for.
