Hi all
Some of you may remember an ongoing saga with an accident I had in march 2012(kerbed the car side on at 50mph) and the repairs that were done by a national car repair centre.

I was told by the insurance engineer that the whole nearside front end (suspension parts etc) should be replaced. I was also advised that the drive shaft would be replaced. The car went in for its MOT a few weeks ago and it had an advisory on worn swinging arm bushes.

Now, I will be the first to admit that I know very little about cars but I would have thought that swinging arm and bushes would come under the heading "whole nearside" I have received a copy of the engineers report today and I have to admit that most of it makes no sense to me so I wonder if anyone here can give me a "I dunno I just drive it" transalation of what has been fitted.

I have cut and pasted the two engineers reports. thanks in advance.
