Hvac fault code

A scan of the HVAC shows

00470-COMBINATION COMFORT DATABUS IN SINGLE WIRE
012 ELECTRICAL FAULT IN CIRCUIT.

Initial googling suggests the bus wires are operating in single mode inferring a sorted wire somewhere.

Any suggestions on where to start looking?

00470 is bringing up 00470 - Ross-Tech Wiki on rosstech

If scanned with vcds could you post the log of the Hvac

I can give you all CAN bus wiring diagrams , PM a external email ...

Only recently helped a member with a enquiry related to the CAN bus lines on AC controls (climatronic) ... his was a 2010 ...

Please provide year of car, from last look at diagrams it doesn't matter if dual zone or not as CAN connection same but do tell me just in case ...
