Drivers seat base is very uncomfy

Over the past month or so my seat has become very uncomfy...

Its getting to the point now where i cannot put up with it any longer...

The base feels soft so i would imagine it has collapsed...

What is the most cost effective option, find a second hand seat or replace the base ?

If the base can be replaced, how much am i looking at..

Find another seat & transplant as the cost of new foam base can be extremely high.

I recently replaced just the heated element for a client in his A4 cab & this wasn't cheap for the element, but the labour for the job was more, its a ball breaker to swap these things out, cheaper than audi as they quoted him £500 just for the heated part but they didn't realise the element & foam could be supplied separately, then again the memory position part was pounds, whereas audi were quoting him a fair whack to fix this, took 5 minutes to replace the slide locking part.
