B8 Workshop Manual

Hi guys,

Anyone know where I can obtain a decent workshop manual for the B8 platform A4? I usually own a workshop manual for cars I own, since I find it useful to know how to do things like change air filters, oil etc or diagnose basic faults. I noticed that Haynes don't seem to be producing manuals for newer cars and I'm not entirely sure why.

Hello Andrew,

I have one from Bentley Publishers - granted they are for American LHD cars; but for everything else they are fantastic. They are lifted directly from AESIS, in fact, I think Bentley actually write the publication for AESIS. If you are a VCDS customer, you may order through Ross-Tech for a small discount.

I looked around *********, Amazon and Haynes own website and couldn't find a manual for the B8. I remember hearing they usually wait 3 years before releasing a manual but given my car is 5 years old, I was surprised that I couldn't find one.
