    ok... I am About to Purchase my 1st Car...

    A VW GOLF GTTDI 130 2002 Black 60000miles

    its been professionally lowered and has just been resprayed with 3 layers of mettalic black

    Its not had any accidents.


    what is the price range for such a car. PLEASE help. THANK YOU

    I would go by the book price, Not sure what 3 layers of paint means, is it a pro job?

    Its always difficult to price modified cars, I always tend to think that the car may not be as good as standard

    providing it dosn't have too many boy racer mods... I would say £6500 upwards

    The Golf TDis in 130 and 150 are very sought after and 60k miles is very low in my opinion.

    Has the cambelt been changed yet as that would be due?

    If the golf wasnt modified a VW dealer would retail it for aprox £8500

    So yeah you are geting a good deal
