    hi all!

had my gt tdi for almost 2 months now and its due some new suspension bits - just curious what people would recommend and if theres a recommended specialist in the midlands area

i've got a weeping rear n/s shock absorber and corroded spring - going to just refresh the lot along with bearing etc due to the mileage its done and i will be doing - what would be recommended?

Cars currently sitting at 93,200 - bought at 90,400 from a forum member here - ex lease so no warranty of any kind to speak of - just curious as to what make/brand of shocks/springs folk would recommend

Unless you have asked your question in an incorrect way, If you purchased it from new and have done 2,500 miles, I would suggest you take it back to the dealer as it is still under guarantee to have the rear n/s shock absorber and spring replaced 'gratis'[

It's my old car - should have got them to check that too

Have you still got the 18s as with those and the lowered suspension already, anything stiffer would be extra stiff
