Strange thing, I have seen quite a few Mk7s but I'd swear that they all had the FR13 registration prefix, which is Lincoln area. Please tell me I'm not going mad....is there a reason for this?

I should say, I'm in Cumbria - nowhere near Lincoln!

Same over here, they're all rental cars.

Tell tale sign is the tax disc holder, and all the barcodes placed in random places.

I see the odd DY prefix too, again a rental car.

All the enterprise cars have the little green E on the bootlid too.

Aaahhh, that makes sense, although haven't seen any little 'e's on the back, and I've only really seen them from the back as at this point it's the only way I can tell them from the Mk6 :-S Well I'm glad I'm not totally mad! Thanks

Yes I've also noticed the 'FR' syndrome everywhere.

I was chatting to a guy in a car park about his brand new Mk 7 yesterday.

He had just flown into Heathrow that day ( another rental )
