    Hi. Im having a long delay in waiting for parts from this company kufatec .nearly 5 weeks now . I keep getting fobbed off with u will receive it next week.
    Has anyone else had a bad experience with them??

    most orders will come from ritcher sport in the uk, my bits and bobs came within a couple of days.

    maybe they have a shortage of parts etc?

    Hi I paid through paypal so know worries about getting it back. I just need the parts or even a estimated delivery time.
    I emailed them on friday but still no reply. On my order page it saying being processed but thats been like now for 2 weeks.

    I've never dealt with them but 5 weeks is too long.

    I'd ask for a refund or your parts within the next week.

    This is one of the issues with kufatec tbh, another are wrongly wired looms, this is why I don't tend to use them because of stupidly simple issues, ask for refund as its usually delivered within a week if stocked when ordered.
