Im new here and i tought you guys could help me.

I got my A6 3.0 Quattro -10 mapped this wensday by BSR in Sweden. Now my car vibrates at high gears low rpms and it feels like it comes from the center of the car. Its in 4th, 5th and 6th gear and rpms between 2k - 2,5k with hard acceleration but nothing with normal acceleration.
BSR claims that it is nothing wrong with the mapp they have given me. I went back and they also feelt it and said it was something mechanical.
I have been searching the web for answers and it seems that its the DMF?
I have a ppc unit so i have tried to remove the mapp and then the vibrations are gone. I really pushed the car hard to try to get the vibrations but nothing.

Do you guys have any suggestions?

The car has a manual gearbox and has about 113000km.

    Thanks in advance.

If the noise goes when the map is removed then obviously its to do with the map

maybe its the DMF, clutch etc but best to get it checked out with a mechanic.

    welcome to vwaf.

I'd put money on that it's the DMF my A3 done the exact same thing.
