Audi A3 1.9tdi BKC 2005 8PA No turbo power

At the weekend thought I would clean up the two lower pipes to and from the intercooler as the one from the turbo was looking very gungy. Removed both and cleaned them up. I did not touch anything else. Car started fine today but was clear during my journey that something was wrong with no power from the turbo. Ran fine but was lacking in power due to no turbo. Car was running normal before I worked on car and all I did was clean the lower pipes. Could it be that the gaskets on these pipes are not now sealing, not sure if this is a factor. No warning lights on dash. Any help/guidance gratefully received. Please help.

I would check your piping to see if its popped of or not sealed properly, it has to be this if you worked on that area & now its not right, probably something simple.
