Hi all and thanks for letting me in! I have a A4 2.5 Quattro with a Symphony receiver. Out of the blue the radio lost all or most of its signal and can only get radio channels close to the transmitters! CD work as well as the tape player. Any idea's will be most welcome please. Do not want to go to the dealer but if I must... well I guess I have to. Getting married on the 22nd and am travellin 600 or so miles... a decent radio whould help a lot in the journey even though my newly beloved should have done that anyway. Any thoughts please???!!!...

This crops up fairly often so try a forum search. Most common issues are in relation to the contacts to the rear screen aerial, peel back the rear window surround and clean up the connections.

Hey thanks, I should have had a glance through. You are correct, it appears to be quite common. Problem being I just dread peeling back things that don't appear to want to be peeled back ... Will have a go though. Thanks for the advice. Cheers!
