    Hello all,

    2010 le mans 2.7.

Can any one confirm if it's possible to enable the TPMS (ABS type) through VAG-Com and what the process is?

I keep getting flat tyres and I can't tell!

    No, it's not.

The C6 uses the system with the special valves and a whole load of sensors plotted around the car.

The A3 uses ABS pulses which is a nice freebie for me

Uch, I was hoping it was possible!

Flat tyres are a curse of my job. I'm a project manager for building sites. Generally the contractors don't notice that they're dropping screws or nails in the street.

I have often wondered if the abs unit on the A6 could be changed for the B8 type and have the same TPMS system as your A3.

I doubt they would be cross-compatible as its a totally different chassis layout.

Probably cost a fair few £££ anyway.
