I was planning on replacing my cambelt this week on my A6 1.9 tdi se,i phoned Stafford Audi to see if it was true what was being advertised regarding the price of this job,£330 for cambelt and tensioner change or £399 for the same but with a waterpump, both prices included fitting and vat,i then phoned my local dealer to see how they compared,it was £529 with aux belt aswell, after telling them about my quote from Stafford Audi they said let me check this price out and i will call you back, the next day i get a call from my wife telling me that they will do the same work including water pump and aux and air con belt for £360 all in.So we decided to let the dealer do it rather than spend a day messing about at home and doing it on the drive,i took it in yesterday and collected it today and also had the g65 aircon sensor replaced for £420.73p inclusive,i even had a brand new A4 avant courtesy car free of charge.I know we all call main dealers on prices for parts and labour but i am very happy with what i had done for the money, sometimes it does pay to get a quote from a couple of dealers to compare and they will possibly discount to get the work in.This is just my experience with using a main dealer and i was treated the same as someone spending thousands with them,So top marks to Boston Audi.

That's a very good deal. Far better than I've been quoted for my A2.

Same experience here - when I go to an Audi dealer (tried a couple of european countries) with my old A6 I get treated very professionally. Even though I come there with the oldest car, it feels as I'm there with a brand new car I bought from them. And the prices are not always that bad
