Is it just me or rather my sunglasses, mine don't fit in the flip down holder. I've got two pairs just normal ones one pair similar to wayfarer style the other similar to aviator neither of them fit you can't close it when they're in there

    Anyone else with this issue?

Any pair that my wife and I have had never fit.

    Space is too small.

I use it for my regular glasses which fit just fine. Never tried it with sunglasses mostly as I don't own a pair

Ink it's sunny now so am guessing a lot of squinting? I've always worn them from teenage years and no crows feet yet... and will be able to book my saga hols in 18 months!

TBH the holder will only take the smallest of frames...thinks small Lennon round jobs.

Lol, I'm a freak of nature - I have the leg length of Ernie Wise but am over 6ft tall meaning I have a very long (Not to mention wide...well ok - round) body. Upshot is that even with the seat on its lowest position I only have an inch or so of headroom and unless the sun is very low in the sky I can use the roof as a sun-visor and have no need for sunglasses. Out of the car I wear a baseball cap, after all that's the done thing innit? Mind you, John Lennon frames are quite cool looking, perhaps I should get some

Saga? (S)ex (A)and (G)ames for the (A)ged? That's 50 isn't it? Hmmm, I guess I've been eligible for a few years now but have never booked one as I don't think the wife would appreciate being reminded of the fact we both qualify

Sorry, John Lennon wouldn't be able to put his glasses in there either.. Got a pair (don't ask, never worn them!) and they're not even close to fitting. Makes me wonder what the point of the holder is? It's maybe not for sunglasses! Lol

I digress, I thought you were referring to a vertically challenged Mr Lennon as opposed to his smaller rimmed frames! Maybe Lennon style clip-ons would fit better although I tend to associate those with caravan towing people (scary memories of my dad in France all those years ago!) Brrrrrr!

I also find the Sun Glasses holder a complete waist of space, far to small in my opion. I say bring back the small sun visor my old A6 (c5) model had that was in the place of the Sun Galss holder, far more useful.

Agree with Rusyp. That's what I use it for anyway although not as good as the C5 sunshade.
