    Hi all,

    can anyone help me?
On the back of the rear lights is the bulp holder, into which the wiring loom plugs into. Also on this holder are 4 other sockets that are not used, but give access to the lighting terminals inside the light. I would, rather than splice into the main wiring loom with those big god awful scotch block connectors, like to identify the correct sockets and housings to plug into these for connecting my trailer electrics.
Any one know what type they are or know anything about them.

    Cheers

IF they are spade conectors you could make up your own cable and using a multimeter work out which connection is which.
Also recently I bought a tow bafr and fitting kit for our VW T5, it came with connectors that ftted the back of the rear lights and the rear light connectrs ten fitted into the adapter kit. No nasty skotch locks either way.
The kit was from Ebay but was a proper kit
