    does anyine know if it is easier enough to turn of the passenger side airbag on a 52 plate leon
    i kow some cars can be done via a switch a lock operated by the car key or go to the dealer
    so which one applies?

    15 airbag 10 adaption channel 01 set 0 or 1 you should also buy the deactivation pack from seat parts to notify dvla of your modification and apply the deactivation sticker in the view of the passenger.If that adaption doesnt work goto seat and have them set it up as a resistor may be required on the earlier models
    vag diagnostics, retrofits and general repairs

    on mine there is a key-lock in the glove compartment which u use to de-activate front passenger airbag only (for carrying child in front) although i have never had to use it (hopefully wont need it deactivated for the next decade anyway!!)
