    Or if your 5F module has an update done of some sort then it may require recoding ...

    There maybe members close to you who could enable green menu for you Link:- VWAF User Location Map - VCDS - Google Maps

    Usually members do it for just a beer ...

    If you nailed the retro on your Passat I think this will be a piece of cake for you ...

    Did you get a VCDS log of your 5F?

    Anyone know where the module is located I connect the cable to? I couldn't see it behind the glove box. (See my new thread 5F module location).

    Wrote up of install will follow.

    after a quick search, apparenty its the thing in your glovebox for the sd cards. im happily to be corrected tho.
