Is Something Missing..?

Hi Guys,

Picked up my new A4 Avant on Friday and on later inspection of the car found a gaping hole in the underside of the rear bumper, the hole is clearly there for inspection or possibly tow bar, but I don't have a tow bar, so the question is should it have a cover...?

Nope, they all come like that. I think it's been touched on here before, an eyesore if you ask me!!

All B8s come with towbar prep as standard hence the gap.

I'm sure it wouldn't cause Audi too much trouble to have a cover that fits over it..

I can vaguely remember the thread but not sure if there is a cover available.

yep its been asked before and it's how they come! I didn't notice my one until the last pic that appeared on here. They do look worse in a photo.

Yeah, I posted about it here: Question Am I missing something....

I asked about it at Lomond Audi in Glasgow shortly after receiving my car and got some fantastic customer service from the knuckle dragger in the service dept.
"It looks a bit unfinshed" I said.
"Yeah, looks crap" came the response.
