Auto gearbox question

The auto box in my 2005 Alhambra has destroyed itself and I am searching for a replacement. My investigations have shown that 2 different codes have been used for this gearbox depending on year but they are essentially the same 'box: 2001 2002 2003 Code FLX 2003-2010 Code GPE Clearly I need a GPE but my question is.....will an FLX 'box fit and work perfectly with the gearbox ecu etc etc? The engine is a TDi 85KW Code AUY. Thanks, Jon.

I have investigated further and I think the difference is that the GPE 'box is Tiptronic.
This would explain why the three vehicles (Galaxy, Sharan and Alhambra) seem to have the different gearboxes at different times (when Tiptronic was introduced on that model).
If this is right then I defo need an identical replacement.
Has nobody anything to say about this?!

Disregard last message, I think all of these cars are Tiptronic.
I do not know the difference between FLX and GPE.
