Audi Hudds couldnt be bothered , should be available I think

None on eBay, hopefully it prises out and doesn't vary by steering wheel!

You could always stick a small S-Line badge on where it should be but it would probably look wrong due to not being flush with the plastic.

NHN could probably advise better.

You should get the little S-Line insert for the bottom like your original wheel.
