    Hi,

I need to purchase 4 new tyres for my Le Mans, tyre size is 255/35/19, does anyone know of any deals on-line?

I would like the VREDESTEIN ULTRAC SESSANTA but they seem to be out of stock everywhere!

Looks like its going to cost nearly £1k for the usual Conti/Michelin/Dunlop.

    Thanks.

Hi, google camskill they do good prices...

Another good source can be ebay for part worns...

I bought a goodyear for £40 with 6-7mm tread and a hankook with 6-7mm for £30 (to make pairs per axle) with sizing of 245/45/17 99Y...

I know 19's are dearer but a evenly worn 19 at 6-7mm at half price of new can't be bad... Just a thought...

I've done 6000k miles on my part worn's with spirited driving in a 3.0 tdi can't say they were any worse than the new Conti's I had on my last 2 cars...

National Tyres do the Barum Bravuris 2XL at around £170 per corner. Although not 'premium brand' they get reasonable reviews. They were fitted by the dealer on my car when I got it 14000 miles ago and are only about half worn now.

Been using General tyres for a while now and a car dealer friend of mine also puts them on his cars (and his own vehicles) and seem to be reasonable well regarded, I think they are around £130-140 per corner so may be worth looking at?

Try Avon ZZ5 through blackcircles.com. Well happy with mine.

Www.tyrereviews.co.uk is also a good resource.

same here, I've put Avon ZZ5's on and I'm impressed with them, they dont seem as hard as Conti in 19". Black circles were great too!

    Hi,

Thank you for all your help, I have gone with GOODYEAR EAGLE F1 ASYMMETRIC 2 through Event tyres, I looked at all the reviews and they seem to come out on top most the time.

Expensive but hopefully they will last..

Believe me .. They wont! They never lasted the guts of 12k on my car .. Bought 4x Michelin PS2's in January 2011 and after 23k they still have 5mm of tread left all round
