Well, today is the day I'm getting my new exhaust done, I will take some pictures of the before, during & after for you. The only thing is, they want it for 4 hours so I'll probably jump on a bus and leave it there as not sure I can't sit around that long so probably won't get too many "during" shots.

Just dropped her off, they had a Merc CLS500 they done last night, he started it up and it sounded awesome!!! Obviously mine won't sound like that, but if it sounds half as nice I'll be very happy

I had a Powerflow custom made for my '91 Civic VTEC years ago, it was awesome! Not too loud but nice and throaty. Those were the days!

Well, not only are they very good at making exhausts, they are bloody good at selling them too!!!!!

I originally just wanted a back box (£260), I then thought maybe get the sports cat done too(£150), so left her there with the ideas of a sports cat and back box, 45 mins later I get a call, unfortunately they can't do the cat on its own due to something with the Downpipe, but if I wanted a full system they would do me a good deal if I do it all today. Oh well, I'm now the proud owner of a full exhaust system and sports cat! And I'm £500 lighter!!

    Lol.

I really can't wait to pick it up now!!!!

I wonder what power gains I can expect from it??

Just been to check on the progress and i must say i'm very impressed with the quality and worksmanship.

But...........Well,........... a slight misunderstanding on my side,

The reason behind the Problem with the sports cat is the cat is attached to the downpipe and would need a different sports cat to the ones they have in stock, it would need a completely different set up, this would be about £350 so what they have done is done the back box and centre section and taken it up to the end of the downpipe, this way if i want the sports cat done it will be a easy job, and also as they have taken it to the downpipe, if i choose not to get the sports cat and my Cat packs up it will be a straight forward job and wont mess with the alignment of the exhaust.
So, even though i've not got my sports cat i'm still very happy.,

I was there till 11pm!! When they put The centre section on it was about 5mm out of line, this related to about 10mm at the tail pipes!! They had to redo the whole lot!!!

I've not had a chance to properly look at it as I was so p'd off by the time it was done. But sound wise it's perfect, not much louder than standard, exactly how I wanted it.

I got it back at 11pm Last Night. The sound from it is perfect, It is a little bit Burbly (is that a word???) Its very slightly louder on Tick over but nothing that you would instantly notice, Then when you step on the Loud pedal it sounds really nice and sporty, exactly how I wanted it. It could've even been a bit louder really but i'm happy how it sounds and louder may have ruined it!!

It feels more responsive but not a great deal more powerful, I am probably imagining it but the Turbo is a little more Audible too, I can't wait to get the Carbonio on there this weekend to really see what it will sound like. I definitely think I need a sports cat and downpipe though just to finish it off, May even try to source a cheap K03s or K04 Turbo just to give it a real kick!!!
