    Hi forum...
I feel daft asking, but how do you change the wiper blades! I have some new Bosch wipers and cant figure out how to get the existing blades off (without being to rough and breaking something!!)

have you put them into service mode?

press CAR on your MMI and scroll to windscreen wipers and enable the service position, this will allow you to pull back the wipers for a better look.

From recollection, the cap (which has a couple of 'dents' in it to aid your grip) slides off in the direction of the wiper arm in a direction towards the top of the wiper. Ie you kind of pull it as if you were trying to pull it along the wiper blade. The cap comes off which then unlocks the wiper. It does take a little bit of force (but no too much!)...
