I've had my new C7 2.0 TDi for a day now and was wondering how these cars age over time?

Naturally new cars are squeaky clean, no rattles or noises etc. But how does Audi's legendary interior design and quality stand the test of time?

Any feedback from owners who have had their cars for a while and/or clocked high mileage?

No-one will be expecting me to say this, but apart from the problems we've had with ours it's generally pretty quiet. No rattles as such. Does make a squeak when the mirrors unfold when you start the car sometimes, but that's about it. Not high mileage though, just under a year old.

I don't have a C7 (yet) but I have run a B8 A4 for 5 years and 100k miles. In that time I've gained no squeaks, or rattles and had no issues with any of the displays, gadgets switches etc.

Although Audi is a premium brand, I am amazed with the overall build quality and reliability.

With 100,000 on the clock the only noise my A6 C6 makes is a squeak from the replaced windscreen (I let it set too long!!). Our A4 B6 with 85,000 is just as quiet.

13k here, other than needing a clean, it's fine.

My 2.0 TDi C7 is 15 months old, ~22K miles, and I can only say I like it more and more the longer I have it.
No niggles at all have shown up (squeaks, rattles, leaks, whistles etc) and it all feels as solid as the day I got it.
Unlike many other posters, I'm also really happy with both the multitronic box and the fuel consumption I get.

Maybe I won the Ingolstadt lottery for Jan '12!

It would take a lot for me to consider any other make right now. So far, Audi and my local dealer have both been good.

Just over a year and 15k and it is exactly as new. The rear windscreen wiper blade broke in the 54th week of ownership and the dealer just replaced it.

    Totally satisfied.

14 months in with mine and 23k on clock. Still as solid as day I bought it and other than the usual chips for 23k of motorway mileage, it looks really good. Hindsight is a great thing, but I now wish I'd gone for the 3.0 engine instead of 2.0 and can't say I like the multitronic (paddles) for those exuberant driving moments. MPG not too bad, approx 42 average but no where near figures even driving like Miss Daisy on a long run.
