    Seems like a lot of effort and research for something that will be barely used as it only enables at literally a standstill IMO.

    Chris people can say that about all things if they wish... are only projects that meet a certain approval level ok?

    Some of this is about learning how these things work...
    ie codings/adaptations

    So Audi A8 have this feature as well...



    Or is it just LED strobing going on in camera, note the lights on the standing A8 right at begining of video
    ...

    Gotta be a way of coding / adapting it in ... any one had any success? any saloon owners try?

    I think it's where more of the light cluster illuminates under heavy braking - possibly using the fog light? BMW have a system like that where the normal brake lights are in the outer portion of the rear cluster, and under heavy braking the inner portion in the boot lid illuminates red too.
