What is my Passat worth???

Hi - thinking of selleing my Passat as I need some money to finish off my house but not sure what its worth. Details are:

2002 Passat SE 130 PD TDi Estate in Black.

120k. FSH Cambelts and tensioners changed at 105k

Factory privacy glass in rear. Heated Front seats, Climatte, aircon, cd, xenons, etc - all the usual SE spec.

Very Good condition. One small car park trolley ding in door - hard to see but I notice it everytime I get in - ( never let the wife drive).

Just put new CV boots on both sides and changed pads all around.

Bad points - due a service soon.

How much do you think its worth? Looks like I am going back to an early TDI

The high mileage will devalue the car, buying an older unknown could cost you
your savings. You know its history so keep it and make savings elsewhere.

According to What Car? they value it at £5,300

So unless you know its going to need a few pennies spending on it soon, i would agree with Grimm about keeping it.

I dont know how much its worth, but i might be interested in taking a look at it with a view to buying it.
I've got a TDI130 sport saloon (03), 106k in dolphin grey, which is ultra reliable and problem free.... which I want to sell 1st (I wanted an estate, but couldnt find a decent TDI130 sport... so now i'm prepared to sacrifice my sport for an SE or similar)

Makemineamythos, I went to chalkidiki in greece last year and couldn't get enough of the stuff (Mythos). Loved it, and best thing was a pint (well 500ml) was 2 euro.

Bloody Hell £5300!!! I was thinking quite a bit less - maybe £4300. Forgot to add that it has cruise as a friend came in his SE today and that didn't have cruise.

I would love to keep it but I need to sell - 4 years of paying £8k per year for nursury has left me broke with a house that needs finishing. Pity as I spent ages finding the right Passat and was looking forward to getting it to 200K miles plus!

I have a TDI Sport 130, "03" plate 29K Full service.

I think it's worth about £7500. I have had it from new.

I will be using it to PX against an Audi A4.

If anyone is interested just let me know.
