hi,can anyone tell me where the receiver is located for the remote central locking,i have tried to rematch my keys to the car via vcds but have had not luck as yet,i have run a full scan and run the tests on 35 central locking and no faults have been found,i replaced batteries in both remotes and cannot get it to find the signal from the key,im thinking are the batteries not upto the job or is the signal receiver at fault.I also had wet carpet on the n/s in the summer and my problems stem from this although the ccm was bone dry when i removed it and only light corrosion on the plugs, everything else works as it should with the key opening the car manually and then when ignition is on the remaining doors open,i lock it via the o/s doorlock and all doors lock and the indicators flash and the alarm is activated and does work, any info on this subject would be a great help. cheers nigel

Hi, the receiver is located in the rear of the car. Open your tail gate and take off the right hand side panel which is under the side window. You'll find the box in there around 75mm long and 50mm wide located at bottom edge of the glass (the top of the panel in other words).
