Yeah just checked they are indeed chrome too - maybe someone is really fond of the chrome!

At 48 I went for an SE because of the comfort factor and, once I'd changed the runflats the previous owner had on them, it was even more comfortable

Have a gt with a sub 6 sec 0-60 fitted with polybushes and lowered springs, so I'd think harder and faster (and surprisingly more economical) than even a new 245 3.0 Tdi S-line.

Sorry Neil. Honestly, I was just talking about the rear light chrome being nasty. I just pointed out the mirrors as well, to point out just how much chrome the guy had put on his car. In all honesty, ai can never decide whether I really like chrome door mirrors or not.

Brycie, From what i can tell most A6s all look the same.. And Styling a A6 isn't the easiest of jobs, unless you want to make it look like something it is not, S6 RS6, So i can see why someone would choose chrome wing mirrors or the chrome strip on the back.. I Mean i bought a Le Mans, And to be honest The wheels on mine are the only thing different to a normal S Line version.. But this said most opted for the same wheels anyway.. I'm definitely going to remove my badges on the back, just so no one actually knows whats under the bonnet Just changing the grille on the front turns into a major job well for me anyway!
