    Hi all,

Only has my car just over a week, and I can't seem to code my spare key.

It opens the locks manually and starts the car, it just won't remote unlock.

Have trawled the web and tried a number of different ways, including the one on my user manual.

    Key battery is fine.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

There has already been something on the forum about this, the best advice was turn on ignition and press the buttons on the key, i found i had to do it twice but it worked, its useful to know because when ever you remove the battery the keys stop working.

I read that thread, that's what got me trying it out.

I have literally tried for over an hour, every way and multiple combinations of each way.

It just doesn't seem to be happening, even with the method out if the owners manual. Very frustrating to say the least.
