    i see all posts regarding afn tuning different nozzles turbos etc anything be done with my 1.9 avg ?

    Same principles apply ! Look for t4 2.5 tdi nozzles, HXFLO or Bosio nozzles, a pd 130 turbo as a minimum and a decent chip job/remap. Depending on ECU (EDC15) it might be flashable trough OBD so much more straight forward than with the older MSA15 ECU which require new chips soldering on the motherboard...

    ok mate got few last maint jobs to do belts etc oil filter then will be lookin into this how do i find out what ecu i have new to vag scene

    You need to pull it out and look at the part numbers, on the label it would say EDC 15 if flashable trough OBD...

    AUDI A4 1.9 TDI , !!! Chiptuning !!! Performance chip | eBay

    Find your ecu code, then find someone who can solder in your chip/chip holder. Really the easiest way.
    On german ebay they sell premade chips to complement certain turbos and nozzle setups.(170bhp the biggest)

    Your car cannot use obd remapping.... must be chipped/soldered
