Only drivers window operates from master controls

Hi all, Im looking for some help regarding my electric windows.

Somebody crashed into the drivers door/wing of my car and so I had them replaced. Since doing so though only the drivers window will work when using the master controls. Im also experiencing trouble with the central locking where all the doors lock except for the drivers door.

I have checked fuses and all are ok.

Can anybody point me in the right direction as to what the problem may be.

Look for a broken wire in the loom between the drivers door and body.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have just checked the loom and all wires seem fine. The windows work off their individual switches but not from the master controls. Also when I use the key in the drivers lock only the drivers door locks.

Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I have just read that the door looms changed in 2001 and are not compatible can anybody confirm this for me please.

it could be the CCM unit. When i unlock my door, if i dont put the key in the ingnition or open a rear door, the car will lock when the interior light fades. Vagcom showed it to be ccm unit. try and get it scanned off some one here. Search VCDS map location on the search function on this forum. That how i did mine. Cheers DanUK.
