Can this be claimed on my audi extended warranty?

The intake manifold flap motor has failed (seal) and is causing a slight oil seepage and (I think) the cause of a slight judder at tickover.
I don't want to call the warranty people unless I think I have a chance of a claim (part itself is over £380!!) as I know they will record the call and may be counted as a claim regardless of if I actually do claim or not.

Does anyone know if this is a claimable job?

If its aftermarket be prepared for a right.

If its Audi extended warranty you'll be fine as the flaps are a known fault.

Got the car booked into local dealers.
On a related matter - the car has been audi warranted since I bought it from the dealer in 2010. One service was done at ADP automotive (vw/audi) in Harrogate in 2009, at Just Audi in Lincoln in 2011 with the rest of the services done at Audi dealerships.

Does this jeopardise the warranty?
