Low battery

Anyone have low battery warnings on their A4-B8? My car is only 3 years old and 27,000 on the clock and I didn't really expect to have to fit a new battery already. I was going to give it an over night charge to see if that helps. I also phoned my local Audi dealer today to see if there was any national workshop software updates or fixes in relation to this but I was advised there wasn't any.

Any tips or advice will be greatly appreciated.

My A6 had a new battery in its first year.

How often is the car used for and for how long?

Gets a run at the weekends but during the week it is a lot of stop start short journeys.

a normal traditional charger won't charge a modern battery properly. you need something like a ctek.
short runs, especially at this time of year will quickly bring a battery down. lights on, heated screens, seats, wipers etc, all take power and doesn't leave much left to charge the battery with.
