My key was stolen a few weeks ago and im considering changing all the locks

ive found a lock set on the internet

consists of locks for door handles, boot, ignition starter, glove box and airbag switch

will i be able to recode the locks through vcds?

Have you checked with your insurance company? Some policies come with key insurance & may cover locks.
