    the rear passenger door won't open from outside but will open from inside and the annoying thing is its the door where the baby seat is
    its really driving me mad
    central locking seems to be working ok
    electric window is ok

    any tips on removing inside panel
    secondly any ideas what it could be

    Please in future advise us of the full car details, like year of car, as parts do & have changed over the years of the 8P release, that are relevant to your issue.

    The internal & external use a seperate mechansim to undo the door.

    I suspect the bar that connects the exterior handle to the actual door lock, has probably either come loose or the thread gripper(early 8P's) or yellow clip (all later 8P's) have broken of/come loose & allowed the bar to hang loose, is there a tapping noise when you swing/push/pull the door obviously when open if so then this is the bar/rod that connects the handle to the lock & door card has to come of to ascertain the fix needed.

    Tried working both handles together
    also looked on you tube but no vids of same vehicle

    its a 05 plate sport back with full electric window pack

    i am after removing door card to see if as mentioned cone ting bar but I don't want to damage it on removal so any tips on removing rear door card would be appreciated
