I know this has probably been raised before, but do I keep the old heap and re-map it or change the old girl?

Car has done 103K, but looks pretty good. New shox (Bilsteins) installed and brakes are up to the job.

Used to have 150 PD (company car) and this was quick but suffered lots of turbo lag. 130 is a nicer drive.

If I keep it do I replace clutch and DMF as a matter of course or do I wait for them to cry enough!?

    Opinions?

    Cheers

    Paul

Remap mate, these fly once they have been done. 40-45 hp and 80-90nm torque.

If you want I can supply you with details of a ChippedUK dealer up your way.

    Thanks Mark

    Hi Mark

I'd be pleased to hear from you with details of a local contact, thanks.

Any thoughts on the clutch/flywheel aspects?

    Cheers

    Paul

I shall get you the contact details and PM them to you.

The Clutch and DMF should be fine with the Extra power, personally I'd wait if you were intending to change them anyway and just do them if required.

    Cheers Mark

Like the man said, very good gains on there and handle the extra power very well.
