Well having never curbed an alloy in my life, 2 months after picking up my A4 black edition with the titanium diamond cut wheels I did one!!!!

Was wondering how much it would cost to get it refurbished as the car doesn't have a single mark on it so it annoys me quite a lot. Would £100 seem resonable as I've had a quick look to see on some websites.

Another thing I would worry about is that the repair may blemish in the long term, I will be changing the car in just under 3 years anyway but is it likely to show up in that time frame?

    Many thanks,

    dvg

Wheels are a safety critical item. Repaired alloys are weaker. I'd bite the bullet buy new and dump that one

You'd rather replace a kerbed alloy then repair it because you think it introduces weakness? Are you having a laugh?

I'm not laughing at all, I have a family that I carry at 120kph on occasion, If its bent it's stressed if it's stressed it's weak. Cosmetic damage can be repaired after that my family comes first
